GYMTIAZ: Gym Supplements & Fitness Accessories

At Gymtiaz, we are committed to providing 100% genuine and high-quality gym supplements across Pakistan. Due to the consumable nature of supplements and in compliance with Pakistani Consumer Protection laws (including Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 and other provincial regulations), our policy is as follows:

  1. Returns Eligibility:

Returns are ONLY accepted if: We do NOT accept returns for:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Change of mind
  • Improper storage after delivery
  1. Claim Time Frame

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear pictures of product

Claims after 24 hours will not be entertained.

  1. Product Condition

  • Product must be unused
  • Original seal must be intact
  • Original packaging and invoice required
  1. Refund Process

  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days
  • Payment via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless error from Gymtiaz)
  1. Exchange Policy

If Gymtiaz delivers a wrong or damaged product:

  • We will arrange replacement
  • No additional shipping cost to customer
  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
