The primary benefit is increasing your grip strength. Strong hands help you perform better in exercises like pull-ups, deadlifts, and rows, where grip is a limiting factor. A stronger grip also translates to better control in sports like tennis, climbing, wrestling, and martial arts.

Enhances Forearm Muscles
Squeezing the gripper activates your forearm muscles. With consistent use, you'll notice increased muscle definition and endurance in your lower arms.

Supports Hand Rehabilitation
Hand grips are often used in physical therapy for people recovering from hand injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, or surgeries. By adjusting the resistance, users can gradually rebuild strength and mobility.

Greater range of motion. Using elevated handles lets you go a bit deeper than your hands flat on the floor, which can increase muscle activation in chest and shoulders. GORNATION+1

Better wrist position and comfort. For many people, floor push‑ups can strain the wrists (bending the joint). Handles allow a neutral or more ergonomic grip, reducing wrist discomfort. GORNATION+1

Versatility and variation. Push‑up stands allow you to change your grip width, angle, sometimes even height. That adds variation to your workout which helps progress.

Stability and focus on form. Elevated handles can help you maintain better alignment and deeper control of the movement, instead of compensating for uneven floor contact.
